TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your Agreement to the Terms and Conditions and use of the services provided by Maleny Wedding Photography

 

  1. You acknowledge that ALL images are copyright, belong to MWP and must not be copied, duplicated or used in any commercial or private use without prior permission and payment to MWP.

 

  1. Maleny Wedding Photography reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes on social media, websites and printed media to demonstrate our services and products. Customers have the right to prohibit such use by written denial before services are provided.

 

  1. Images are supplied for viewing purposes only on electronic devices and NOT for printing. High resolution files are usually a RAW file of 60mb each and require professional software to read, and then colour match with our expensive professional photography printing machines. These files are NOT released to the public. Hard copy prints must be purchased from MWP.

 

  1. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

 

Force Majeure

 

Maleny Wedding Photography will make every attempt to ensure that services agreed to are carried out professionally on the date assigned. MWP will not be held responsible if a condition outside our control by an act of god or third party prevents us from delivering our services. Contingency plans are put into place in the case of severe weather conditions that may impede or prevent the agreed location photography.

 

Refund Policy

 

MWP operates a 100% customer satisfaction policy.

All deposits prior to a booked wedding date are fully refundable if cancelled ninety days prior to the event. MWP reserves the right to hold in trust any monies paid if the wedding has to be postponed to another day that is suitable to both parties.

If the wedding is cancelled completely within 30 days of the date then a 50% fee of the money paid will be retained due to loss of income for the reserved date and provision of services.

All albums and prints are unconditionally guaranteed for 7 years with full replacement.
